Superb kakemono by Tsuda Oukei or Ōkei (- – 1780+), samurai painter from the province of Owari.
This kakemono depicts a landscape, in the Ming & Qing style of which Tsuda Oukei was one of the most fervent representatives.
Signed and dated 1753.
Sold in its original wooden box.
