Biography

Born in Fujisawa, Kanagawa Prefecture, 1947
1970 Graduated from the Ceramics Department of Tokyo University of the Arts
1972 Graduate of the Higher School of Ceramics
Studied with Yoshimichi Fujimoto and Koichi Tamura during his studies
Awarded the Spring Salon Prize for completed works

Exhibitions
First solo exhibition at Tokyo Central Salon in 1973 (1974, 1975)
Solo exhibition at Tokyo Central Picture Gallery in 1976 (every year from 1978 to 1993)
Exhibited at the "Kamimorikai" show at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi in 1977, and exhibited until 1988.
